xx Diabetes Forum Tingling, and loss of feeling in toes and fingers

I have a real problem in winters, when my feet get freezing cold, and my fingers have kind of lost their sensitive feelings.
Any ideas on how to improve the circulation quickly? I dont want to go through another winter feeling that way again. I've been type 2 diabetic for about 9 years, and I'm almost 50 years old
