xx Diabetes Forum Effects of Bitter melon on type 2 diabetes

I've read a lot about Bitter melon supplementation and how this has been shown to reduce the blood glucose levels. I'm curious to hear from anyone who has taken this supplement for any length of time, and the effects they have notice as a result
