xx Diabetes Forum A Great Diabetic Dietary breakfast

As a type 2 diabetic, I have always loved fresh (semi ripe) avocados spread on multi grain crunchy toast, with a couple of thin slices of tomato, followed by a pinch of sea salt, and copiois grindings of fresh black pepper. Who ever said being a diabetic, was no fun and that you had to eat boring food?
